ABOUT 

Elizabeth Berent, MPH, CYT, RYT, CPR certified, Breath of Love Practitioner, has been studying health, wellness and yogic practices for more than 20 years. She holds a Master of Public Health and is a 500 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher. She is certified in Raja Yoga, Restorative Yoga and has attended multiple hours of training for Yoga Therapy. Elizabeth has taught health education and disease prevention around the world with Public Health Departments in Vietnam, Mexico, Sweden, Barbados, and Chicago. She is further trained and experienced in developing and implementing Health Behavior Change programs for both adults and children. Elizabeth has been trained by internationally renowned healers, furthering her expertise in pranayama practices and certified in the Breath of Love Modality. Her workshops on the Breath and Restorative Yoga are not to be missed. During the summer months, Elizabeth teaches Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga. She works privately with clients that choose to go deeper into their practice, heal and those wanting to achieve specific and unique goals. She additionally teaches pilates and barre for strength training.

    Liz is the studio owner and primary teacher of YRH. She is certified in Raja Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Breath Therapy called Breath of Love. She teaches SUP Yoga in summer. Her workshops on the Art of Relaxation and Breath of Love are life-changing.

    Susan is a primary guest teacher and specializes in restorative and aqua yoga. She is skilled at focusing on opening certain body areas and has an advanced knowledge of the body structure in relationship to life stages.

    Renee Hofman
Kate is a 200 hour certified yoga instrucotor. She has worked with both children, teens and adults. She is an activist and passionate about socially justice. Her style is supportive and positive, with a highly encouraging energy. She loves spending time outdoors connecting wtih nature. She is a committed practicioner of yoga and higher consciousness modalities, including breathwork. She is a joy to be in the presence of!
Renee is a guest teacher who is 200 hour certified yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance. She has studied and practiced a variety of Hatha Yoga styles including, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, and Restorative/Yin yoga, and continues to blend this eclectic mix of styles into her own personal practice and teachings. Her teachings integrate mindfulness, meditation, and pranayama(breath awareness) into the practice. Students are encouraged to listen to their body, adapt the postures to their unique body, play with their limits without exceeding them, and have compassionate self-observation. . Renee describes her journey as, “Throughout my life journey I was continually searching and depending on the external world to create wealth, happiness and peace….since my practice has evolved, I have discovered that by searching inward true happiness is right there, inside. Nothing in my life has ever given me the internal peace, joy, happiness and grace that yoga and self awareness has.”
